Go Strollers !!: Family trip to National Park 01 - Mount Rainier National Park
Detailed Description:
We are a family of four living in Seattle, with two boys aged 7 and 5. We moved to Seattle in 2008 to attend the University of Washington and have since developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area. We love exploring the various stunning sites in Washington state and national parks across the country. There are 59 national parks in the United States, ranging from Yellowstone National Park, the first established in 1872, to Pinnacles National Park, the most recent addition in 2013. We want to share our experiences at each park, particularly for families like ours with young children. Our first national park visit was to Mount Rainier National Park. While we had previously only taken day trips to the park a few times a year, in the summer of 2016, we stayed near the park for five days and thoroughly explored its attractions. In this book, we have compiled a summary of our family's trip, including a brief journal of our adventures, pre-trip research information, helpful tips, and photos. As our focus is on traveling with young children, the difficulty level of the activities we recommend is mostly 'easy,' with a few 'moderately challenging' options. Regardless of your family size or your children's ages, you can consider the attractions in this book suitable for a five-year-old. If you come across any inaccuracies, typos, or content that needs revision, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@gostrollers.com.
