The KitchenAid KQ908 Glass Surface Digital Kitchen and Food Scale has a sleek design with a stainless steel accent trim and oversized knob for setting units of measurement. The glass surface is naturally stain and odor free, as well as tempered for safety. The large 1.0" backlit display is easy to read, and the scale features an add and weigh tare function for zeroing out weights of containers. It conveniently converts both dry and liquid measurements, making it a versatile tool for any kitchen.
MAX CAPACITY: Dry ingredients: 11 LB X 0.1 Oz and 5000 grams x 1 gram Liquid ingredients: 5000 millilitre x 1 millilitre and 176 FL Oz x 0.1 FL Oz
UNIQUE FEATURE: Rotating knob design inspired by KitchenAid countertop electric ovens. Twist to set the units of measurement and push to Tare or power on/off
TARE: Weigh all ingredients into one container by using the Tare feature to zero out weights in-between additions. Also works to zero the weight of any container before adding food
